「Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.」

「We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...

「The host is horrible at explaining how to use the front door lock. Horrible! After I was locked out of the room 3 different times they finally decided to show me how to use the extremely annoying lock. Then the bed was terrible and the shower leaks water all Over the floor. I asked the host 5 different times to replace the towels and the host never replaced the towels. They wanted me to use the same towels for 5 straight days. Horrible communication with host. Horrible」
