My biggest issue was that my room faced the highway, and I don't know if the hotel just has the lowest grade windows or what, but there 24 hour a day road noise including semi trucks, motorcycles, and people revving their engines just yards away that made it near impossible to get any decent sleep. I've never stayed in a hotel where I could hear so much road noise. Everything else about it was great, but I was really only there at night for a place to sleep, so it just didn't meet that need. Maybe the rooms on the backside of the building aren't exposed to so much noise, but the side facing the highway is terrible.

The floors still had trash under the recliner and the bed, no remote for the second TV in the bedroom, no dishes available upon checking into the room. Had to go down every time to the front desk to get what we needed, also no hair dryer readily available in the restroom had to go down the following morning with wet hair to ask for a hair dryer not even as much as a glass cup or paper towel napkins were available to us in our room everything you had to go and ask for at the front desk I spent most of my time up and down the elevator getting what I needed will not stay here again

Room was not ready by check in and had to wait an hour only to go into a half fast clean room. Lots of kids playing in hallway I assumed because its an extended stay, familys living there.

The Extended Stay on Rio Rancho Blvd has become our go to when we are visiting family. Staff are friendly. We love the ability to cook meals in our room. The washer and dryer are a great amenity and reasonably priced at $2.50 a load. Rooms are clean upon check-in and stocked with towels, toiletries, and extra garbage bags.

Checked into room and there was no shower head so front desk changed our room. The hallway towards our room smelled like sewage and when we opened the door to our room we noticed it was coming from our room. We walked into the room and saw what looked to be a roach. My spouse stepped on it and it was indeed a roach. We had bought room spray for the smell and checked the entire room for any more insects. The smell subsided and no signs of any insects. Also, the people above us kept us up throughout the night with loud stomping and seemed like pacing around in their room. We've stayed at this establishment many times and this is the first time we had any type of problem. After this experience we'll no longer be staying here in the future.

This was the worse experience ever. The shower was so bad that none of us would not even think of using it. Light was burnt out in bathroom so if you close the door it is dark. Asked for a different room and they said there was not one. I told them I wanted my money back and we had to go find a last minute hotel which was very hard because we were in Town for the National wrestling tournament.

Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was courteous. However, I had to check out earlier than I had booked and the hotel receptionist said that Expedia would have to refund me and that I should call Expedia. Expedia said that that the hotel had to reimburse me. So, I left upset because I don’t know who is right and feared I would not get a refund at all.

The rooms feel very cold and unwelcoming. The hotel itself doesn’t offer much other then location convenience. The free continental breakfast has got to be the saddest display that I’ve ever seen.
