「This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was rude and inattentive. They totally ignored several guests at the front desk. The room was disheveled and in poor condition. The smoke detector had been removed and only bare wires were hanging from the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the drain stops were not working. The breakfast was almost non-existent. The highlight was that the coffee tasted good and was hot. The A/C in the room barely...

「New, clean, hotel with great staff」

「Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.」

「I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Amber at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great local restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gadsden. I’m hoping to bring my daughter back next year, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!」
