It was cold and snowy and we had our dogs with us. so we were glad to get off the highway and get a room. Bed was comfortable but there were stains on the comforter. Parking was convenient, well-lit, and safe. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
But the non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Someone had wrapped the smoke alarm in a plastic bag. The faucet in the bathroom was not fully attached to the sink. The water fountain in the main building did not operate. The clerk in the lobby was very kind and she provided us with drinking water. The property is undergoing remodeling, so I expect that a lot of the issues we observed will be corrected as construction is completed.
