Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest. "

"We had a great stay at Emar Hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, and we really appreciated having on-site parking. The amenities were great and the breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from. The staff was also quite helpful — especially the young woman who always seemed to be there to assist with anything we needed. The only downside is that one of the biggest beach clubs in Ksamil is located right in front of the hotel, and it plays quite loud music throughout the day....
