"Bathtub was so narrow that I could not stand in it with comfort. Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room. To have wifi in room, you should pay 2 Euro/n!!!!! To use safe in room, you should pay too. "

"I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives. The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times. "Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant. We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold. Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym."
