A lovely small hotel. Spotlessly clean. It's great that they supply beach towels. Hourly bus to the private beach only 5 minutes away. Lovely spa with treatments, suna, steam room, salt room, turkish bath and gym. Small games room. Good selection of food. Staff and owners were lovely.

This hotel says it is a 4* but it is not to any UK standard. On the plus side - it is quite new and the rooms were very clean and modern and the bus service to the beach is also good. It's a 30 minute walk into Side or 20 minutes to the beach. The pool was nice and clean (but cold) However, there were never enough sunbeds or tables and chairs. All inclusive only covers limited drinks and apart from beer these were quite poor. The food sadly, was not so good. Lots of choice but cooked and left out without heat and they got cold quickly. We did not have a warm meal. The outside BBQ was better but unless you got it as it was cooked it was soon cold. Entertainment was provided on 2 nights but again nowhere to sit and extremely noisy until late. Many rooms overlook the stage and sleep was impossible on those nights. The beach bar closed at 5pm for some reason. Pool towels were given one per day but could not be changed even if wet. The staff tried to keep it nice and it was spotlessly clean but really not a luxury hotel.

The food was amazing and the staff. But there weren’t any common areas. For you to sit. After meals if you don’t want to go to bed. Every thing close off at 11pm. And then they want you to go to bed. The area is nice. People are nice. Just love turkey

Is a nice hotel but they should tel everyone that most of the things are extras. They charge for internet service which is free everywhere even within non rated hotels. On breakfast they charge for fresh orange juice extra. The safe deposit in the room is paid. I prefer to go to a hotel with real all inclusive service with double price. The beach side charges for extras.

Amour Amour.

I had 4 very enjoyable nights at the Amour. I was given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the immaculate pool which was really good. The room although a little lacking in space was tastefully furnished and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was super, with plenty of quality shampoo, gels and other nice touches. Good TV in the room with 60 channels. You won't go hungry at the Amour, with an amazing choice of breakfast items, lunch and dinner too , there's also coffee and cakes in the afternoon - if that's not enough soup is available at midnight . The bar is open from 10 am til late. The hotel also lay on a shuttle bus to the excellent private beach, where food and drinks are available at no cost . Finally, this hotel offers quality and is extremely good value for money.

This property was outstanding. Can’t express enough warm regards for the management and staff. From our arrival onwards we were coddled and catered to. The reception staff even delayed our check in so we could eat lunch before it closed. All the main dining room staff were courteous, professional and kind. I have been on over 20 cruise ships and not had this level of customer service. Always smiling and with a kind word ( much in English) but also not limited in many cases for others in Russian and German as well as Turkish. Cudos to hotel management and department managers as they set an extremely high bar for their competitors. Our room was well appointed and clean with a good sized balcony. The common areas with a large pool and outdoor lounge lent to a nice space for relaxation and to enjoy ample free drinks and snacks. They even had high tea from 4-5pm daily as well as late night nosh from 11-12pm. Entertainment was included as well. Rates are unbelievable as well. My wife and I are from Florida USA and may just retire to this resort!! Nuff said.

Nice hotel and good location. But not a 4 star.

We had a nice stay in general during almost 2 weeks at Side Amour. We were 2 adults and 2 children and the room was small but still ok. The extra bed for children was not the best and the cleaning in the room was not good. Friendly and helpful staff but very low skill in English. We had trouble with Air Con and had to ask 3 times before they fixed it due to not understand probably. However, we talked a lot with the girl named Ksenia and she always understood and tried to fix what we asked for. Pool area was nice but should have been bigger since the hotel was full and not enough beds for everyone. If you want to change the pool towel you need to pay 1 EUR for the cleaning, not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Food was good and quite vary. Shuttle bus to a nice beach daily, including sunbed and umbrella. They also had a bar with coffee, soda and beer in the all-inclusive. Wine cost extra. Location is calm and have restaurants and stores nearby. Just 10 min walk to Side Old Town. Some of the staff were from Russia and I think 80% of the guests too. In general we had a pleasent stay but for me this hotel is not fulfilling a 4 star and are closer to 3 star. Would consider coming back.

Tek tek anlatmak gerekirse. Oda temizliği güzeldi her gün düzenli olarak temizlendi. Yemekleri temizdi ancak kalitesizdi. Aç kalmadık ancak keyif alarak da pek yemedik. Tatlılar ortaydı yenilebilir olanlar mevcuttu. Kötü olanlarda vardı. Alkol tüketmediğiniz için alkolsüz içeçek tercih ettik ancak alkolsüz içecekler çok kötüydü. Soda istediğimizde sodayla alakası olmayan asitsiz bir şey verildi. Sahildeki gözlemeci abla çok lezzetli gözlemeler yapıyordu. Leider habe ich vor der Anreise nur auf die Bilder geschaut und festgestellt als ich da war das das Meer nicht direkt am Hotel ist, was immer ein nachteil hat. Das Hotel besitzt über einen kleine Pool im mittleren Bereich des Gebäude, was leider dazu führt dass keine Sonne im Bereich des Pool ist. Es ist wirklich sehr schade, da Tags über alle Gäste vom Hotel zum Meer müssen um Unterhaupt was von der Sonne zu haben. Die Putzfrauen gehen jeden Tag ins Zimmer, aber so ganz mit der Sauberkeit haben sie es leider nicht. Zu dem essen muss ich sagen das es wirklich gute türkische Küche ist…. aber leider habe ich am letzten Tag vor meiner Abreise gefrühstückt und am Stand von der Pool Bar ein gözleme gegessen, wonach ich 3 Tage eine schlimme Lebensmittel Vergiftung hatte.

GÖNÜL RAHATLIĞI İLE TERCİH EDİLİR.

Otel temizlik açısından çok iyi, misafir hizmetleri gayet iyi, personel ilgili, mutfak yani yemekler lezzetli, tabi ki bir resort UHD kadar çok çeşitli yemek beklememek lazım ama mevcut haliyle de yeterli. Servis personeli gayet ilgili. Sadece odadaki banyo havalandırmasına ait aspiratör çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Deniz sıfır değil ama her 30 dakikada bir otel müşterileri için ayrılmış plaj alanına ücretsiz müşteri servisi var.

Hotel war ohne zu übertreiben echt nicht gut. Das Essen schmeckt nicht Magen Probleme vorprogrammiert! Die Reinigungskräfte räumen auf wann die wollen meist wenn trinkgeld aufn bett liegt. Generell für jüngere Leute ist das nix. Keine Animation selten Shows & die Bar macht um 11 zu. die Büse zum Strand sind meist überfüllt insgesamt war es nicht gut.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt. Verbesserungspotential besteht bei der Sauberkeit und beim Essen, zum Beispiel sollten Salate, Wurst, Käse o.ä. gekühlt sein. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Außerdem gab es immer das gleiche zu essen, nur in anderen Variationen. Das war schade. Die Zimmer waren ok, der Pool sauber und in Ordnung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super nett.

Die Zimmer sind soweit ganz schön, aber zu bemängeln sind die Reinigungskräfte, die innerhalb von 9 Tagen es nicht geschafft haben die Spiegel zu reinigen... Oder Abdrücke von Gläsern von der Ablage. Die Poolliegen sind morgens um 7 schon alle belegt!!! Und kaum deutschen Gäste. Wir waren in unserem Zeitraum nur 2 deutsche Paare. Sonst nur ukrainische oder polnische Landsleute.

Otelden çıkmak istemedik

Başlarda resimlerine bakarak o kadar iyi bulamadığımız ama girince ne kadar mükemmel bir yer olduğunu anladığımız bir yerdi. Odaların dizaynı modern ve kullanışlıydı. Balayı çiftiydik ve jakuzili oda vermişlerdi. Küçük ama oldukça kullanışlı ve boğuk olmayan bir otel. Genelde alman, Rus ve İngilizler vardı. Ortam nezih. Çok sessiz sakin. Yemekler gayet güzeldi, çeşit boldu. Tatlılar daha iyi olabilirdi. Biz varken italyan gecesi vardı ve gerçekten ne alacağımızi şaşırdık o kadar çok çeşit vardı. Kokteylleri çok sevmedik ama içkiler güzeldi (şarap). Denize servisleri çok dakik denizi ise tertemiz ve ful kumluydu. Gidince bir Efes Pilsen yapın mis gibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Eh işte. Kötü diyemem ama kesinlikle yetersiz.

Genel olarak odalar yeni ve temiz. Fakat kullanım alanları küçük, dar odalar. Herşey dahil konsepti hissettirmedi. Hamam-sauna bölümüne giriş de ücretli. Masaj köpük yaptırma ücretli olur fakat giriş de ücretli olması hiç hoş değil. Spa hamam kısmı farklı bir işletmeymiş bu yüzden ücretliymiş. wifi kullanım bile günlük 2 Euro istenmesi gereksiz ve can sıkıcı. Artık internet standart bir hizmet olmalı. Odadaki mini barda sadece su olması başka herhangi bir içecek konmaması da komik ve küçük hesap yapıldığı hissi veriyor.
