「Location」

「Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.」

「The staff was not helpful when it came to the parking. It was extremely limited and we were not told they only take cash. Not only did we have to walk to nearest ATM staff failed to notify us they had limited change therefore had to walk to nearest store to get change. The room was clean, but small restroom and closet.」

「I got there 5 minutes before 4:00 pm and the front desk was saying I’m 5 minutes early but changed her mind and said my room was ready, breakfast is good」

「Parking is not good. You have to park on the street. Lots of homeless walking around. Had trouble with the TV. Went to dinner and maintenance fixed it while we were out. But they left the a/c on at 58 degrees. When we got back out room was an ice box. Could go to bed for an hour before the room warmed up.」

「The property has a piano in lobby but not allow a professional pianist to play. Then what’s the point to have a piano there. The staff was not helpful」

「The space of room and restroom are big and comfortable, but we are not satisfied with the hot water during shower, acceptable but could be better.」

「Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7」

「The front desk(maybe it's Ella) was very helpful. Our 1st room reek of cigarette, she immediately moved us to a 2nd room which was perfect. Would stay here again. 」

「Fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, just a short walk to the beach, and had thoughtful extras like beach chairs, towels, toys, and board games for guests to use. The staff was amazing, especially the manager, who got us the perfect room and even accommodated us for an extra night. The location is great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!」
