「We had no idea we were booking a relatively brand new room the size of a spacious efficiency apartment. The place was fabulous—noticeably spotless, quiet, well-stocked. The staff was friendly. Grab-and/-go breakfast was a bit of a letdown but the coffee was excellent. The property was conveniently located. Would undoubtedly stay there again when in the area.」

「This hotel is converting to a Spark and looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is in disarray, with paint cans and other construction debris in the hallways and public areas. Ice machines did not work, the lock to our room did not work and the whole lock had to be physically replaced - leaving the door open for 30 minutes while we were already in the room. The curtains were practically see through and did not cover the entire window, so that an outside light shone directly in our eyes when...

「Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. 」
