「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「I took an Uber from the airport and had my bags with me. It was too early for check-in but the clerk had no problem holding my bags for me. The hotel is near an outdoor mall with some dining options and I found something to eat while I waited. I checked in early (again, very accommodating) and found my room spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Finally, there was actually good water pressure in the shower. One reason I am not fond of traveling is the lousy water pressure, but this...

「I did not like that they charged $75 dollars extra when I never used room service, housekeeping, did not use the coffee and I ran out of lotion. Like someone added an extra 75 dollars because they had access to it.」
