「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Appartement super, alles sehr sauber, ruhig. Gross genug für 4 Personen, 1-2 Tage. Klimaanlage perfekt, bei 36 ° C lebensnotwendig. Bett sehr gut, neue Matratzen mit memoryfoam. 「What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake. The only slight niggle is plugs, not all Italian plug sockets worked with our European adapters and so with multiple devices it was very difficult to charge everything. The pool...

「Fantastic apt style hotel with valet parking just outside most loud shopping streets, under 10min walk to the arena di Verona, right in front of castle museum. Definitely a considerable place where you can cook and relax in a small common area in each apartment. Super new everything, clean, neat. 5 star. 」

「Oberhalb von Bardolino gelegen. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See. Sehr ruhig. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Pool der unterhalb liegenden Appartementanlage darf genutzt werden sowie Tennisplätze, Spielplatz und Sportplatz. Bardolino ist in 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.」

「Virkelig lækker plads - lidt mere luksus end det normale ved garda. Indtjekning kunne muligvis være gået hurtigere med mere end en bag disken - men meget serviceminded personale alle steder på pladsen og også i receptionen. Fin gåtur til Bardolino Hcor der er flere små restauranter på vejen ud til søen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! 」

「Suites San Leonardo are in a great location, just a short walk to the city center, with the added bonus of safe parking only half a block away. The property is very clean and well kept. While staff is not available 24hrs a day, communication is vey clear which made everything smooth and easy.」
