「This hotel has not the description that is on the site. The pictures look different as well. It looks like a warehouse is disgusting and smells is dangerous outsiders people out there. They look like they’re about to Rob you you guys need to not promote this business」

「We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
