「The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one」

「Room was clean and organized well. Hosts were very kind and helpful for all things Egypt. Breakfast was amazing and the pyramid views from the terrace are incredible. 」

「The room was super basic, we had to ask for towels multiple times and the personnel wasn't very welcoming, accommodating or helpful. We had booked a trip to Wadi Hitan with them but when we showed up, they didn't have a driver for us and weren't able to find a quick solution.」
