「房間地板為地毯，熱水只夠一個人洗澡預訂機場接送25美金，已事先告知4人4行李，這價格派9人座小巴也不為過，卻來了五人座小客車，且車況不佳，車內有點凌亂，導致車後箱放兩個行李，另外兩個行李是副駕駛座跟後座乘客各抱一個建議開羅機場搭UBER或直接搭計程車(可以現場看車況及大小)，也都好過花25美金跟飯店叫車」

「Location was exceptional right near the pyramids with fabulous views. Room was a good size and was clean. Minor maintenance required (glue holding the bed head, touch up painting). Breakfast was a little strange with salad. Hotel has great potential and would stay again.」

「Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. 」

「Ok I've got mixed opinion this stay. I don't know what happened either Hotels.com or this hotel did over booking. So they moved me " A sister hotel" However the sister hotel was in very very bad state, didn't like sister hotel!!! Infront of my room dirty laundry was piling up! The room smelled bad too. I was really unhappy but at least they tried. Then They moved me to the original hotel I booked. Newly renovated rooms etc, But not enough plugs. I had to move a fridge myself to reach the plug...

「Es un lugar tranquilo para hospedarse, el desayuno es muy rico y variable, además la vista a las pirámides de Giza es increíble, el personal es muy atento y servicial en todo momento. Fue excelente mi estancia en este hotel. 」

「Good and well worth the money but search the room for mosquito when you arrive. Downtown Cairo has mosquitos and I got bitten 5 times in one night until I killed them. I stayed in 4 different hotels around Egypt but only got bitten here in one night as I saw 2 mosquitos when I entered the room.」
