「Courteous and prompt customer service. I stayed in quad room with Kaaba view as I was travelling with 4 little ones. The view is spectacular. My kids told me it was the best vacation ever and they want to come back again and stay in the same hotel and room.」

「Amazing visit with Al Safwah Hotel Tower. Situated with the Makkah Tower Hotel buildings it was quite close to Haram Masjid with 5 mins walk. We stayed in a Studio with Kaaba view. The hotel was clean and service was friendly. Our family of 4 with 2 little children enjoyed the stay. 」
