「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」

「I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. 「This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. 「No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy」
