「Gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, even though it was 3am. The next morning we didn't have a hairdryer. Another gentleman came and apologised, even brought us 2 complimentary drinks as an apology from the cafe next door (which I also recommend....marshmallow pudding and the apple cake)」

「فندق إي هوتل من أفضل الفنادق في المدينة المنورة ويتميز برقي الاستقبال في التعامل ونظافة الغرف وجودة الخدمات. أنصح بالسكن فيه بعيداً عن الفنادق المحيطة بالحرم والتي استهلكت في أثاثها وقلة نظافتها. وبالطبع سأسكن فيه مرة أخرى.」

「Great stay , about 18 minutes drive from the Masjid Annabawi, was great bang for the buck , special thanks to Afnan the sweet girl at the reception and check in , very pleasant and friendly , and speedy process . Would definitely recommend especially during peak season where hotels near the mosque are upwards of $500 a night for no where near the quality and cleanliness of Doyof」
