This hotel is not Woodstock inn and suites. It is rhodeway hotel. First we couldn't find the hotel. We were actually sitting in the parking lot. Had to phone and then found it. The swimming pool was disgusting to look at. There is no breakfast. The driveway need repaying. Watch out for the potholes. The rooms were clean and bed was small but comfortable. Expedia needs to update this information,

The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet base near bathtub had urine on it. The shower area had black hair on the wall. The shampoo area also had hair hanging around it. Otherwise it was the cheapest in the area. Get what you pay for I think. Otherwise the room was pleasant.

Facility completely misrepresented on Expedia listing and it is as if the staff do not actually want customers, almost hostile attitude. Unfortunately, whoever "cleaned" the room has not been taught to clean; must have used a dirty rag as dead spiders and black hairs were dried where wiped on the wall. Windows and mirrors were wiped with dirty, greasy cloth, visibly dirty. Tub drain clogged with long black hair and would not drain water. Yellow, moldy shower curtain. Black grout on shower tiles. Green slime on "swimming pool" (looked more like a pond) with overgrown weeds and dangerous unusable stairs to pool. "Carpet" on the balcony to access rooms was covered in green slime, slippery and coming in up in places. Where you could see underneath it, there were holes in the boards upon which customers were to walk. "Breakfast" was a loaf of white bread next to a toaster, 2 types of corn flakes and coffee, doesn't start until 9am. Mattress is more akin to a box spring than a mattress. Very dated, unclean, uncomfortable. Staff do not understand meaning hospitality, customer service or pet friendly. Owner's family have big white dog who darks, threateningly growls and lunges for other dogs.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Property is quite run down. Bathroom sink very marked up, toilet bowl was stained, base of toilet was dirty, towels had stain marks, shower curtain was stained, shower curtain rod rusty, paint on walls bubbling/peeling. Shower was good. Bed and pillows were clean & comfortable. Ice machine was broken. Staff gave me bag of ice from staff freezer which was freezer burned. Would not recommend staying here. Not worth $114.00.

Hotel was hard to find because it had the old name still on it..Rodeway. Outside of building looks poor. Pool's water green ,not in operation. Door to front door to acess breakfast was locked. I was told that the breakfast is not good. I will not be back.

It is obvious that efforts are being made to improve the property however there are issues that should be addressed. For one, they should not advertise a pool when it is not useable. The shower curtain had mold on it and the drain is in it is partially blocked. The bed in the main room was very noisy, it creaked every time you repositioned. The staff member that I deal with was very friendly, kind and courteous.

When we arrived the person that registered me was very nice. We arrived around 11 pm, we were tired of being on the road for over 12 hours. It was very rundown and creepy for me. There was rust in the bathroom. If it wasn't so late we wouldn't have stayed there. There was no bad odor and we saw no mold. The bed was terrible. Old mattress and you could feel the springs. I did read the reviews and I believe they were exaggerated.

Was an interesting place. The continental breakfast was toast and coffee only. TV didn't work and when we tried to call the front desk the phone was not even connected to the wall. we were only there for one night so made do but it definitely could use some TLC.

No pool. 2 TV channels, one was in French. Cable cords falling out of the wall and I felt like I was going to fall through the balcony. My parents stopped by to visit with our kids and were met with hostility. I've never stayed somewhere where staffed knocked on our door asking who these people were. "Complimentary breakfast" was toast and cornflakes. Dishes sitting with mold.
