"Hotel was in a nice quiet safe area close to the central station and many squares with restaurants and coffee shops Room was clean, large and well appointed Only issue as on Friday and Saturday night the Bistrot and terrace are popular and very loud Even with ear plugs in the noise till 1230am was too loud to sleep,"

"Place was a bit dated and could do with being refreshed in some areas. Basic amenities, but clean and fine to stay in for a few nights. Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast laid on was excellent with a nice selection available. The Riad is in a quiet and safe area - very easy to find; within 30 minutes walk of the marina (where you can also easily get a rowboat over to the promenade in Rabat). Cars can also get very close to the Riad, so can easily get a taxi if needed."

"The location is excellent. Disappointed due to room quality, cleanliness and noise. There are different types of rooms which varied in levels of cleanliness and comfort. We initially stayed in a room that was in poor condition, particularly the bathroom and toilet, which were in an unacceptable state. The bedroom itself was just fine but very noisy. We then requested a change and were offered another room, which turned out to be even worse. After moving our belongings, we returned later that evening to find it had a strong smell of sewage, felt very stuffy, and was completely uninhabitable. Finally, we were moved to a third room on the third floor, which was an improvement in terms of cleanliness and condition. However, it only had one double bed, so I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, which I didn’t mind. Unfortunately, the noise from the street—especially loud motorcycles late at night—was unbearable and made it very difficult to rest. Had to contently asked for toilet papers, and soap. breakfast is very basic. bedding and towels are not so clean. we used owr own towels. "

"I saw the negative reviews for this apartments but decided to give it a chance. The listing stated that it was 15 minutes walking distance to Hassan tower, this was not at all true, it was a fair distsnce walk from the tower. The room promised a hair dryer, there was none. The iron was burnt and rusty. The hot water became cold as soon as one person showered. And the icing on the cake was that the apartment was crawling with ants! There was an ant infestation!! Absolutely disgusting. I was travelling with my elderly mother and two small children. "
