We asked for an umbrella — they didn’t have one. The staff was friendly, but sadly very incompetent. And then the worst part: the bathroom. There is NO door at all. Zero privacy. Anyone in the room can see everything. I don’t want my friend or partner watching me sit on the toilet — it’s uncomfortable, awkward, and honestly...
