"I had to stay in 3 hotels while air space was closed. The staff here was the most inconsistent and least helpful. They were impassive when asked questions, unwilling to do more than the bare minimum. The porters were the most engaged. Plus, way too much air freshener in the air."

"Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you would expect from a top class hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. You can literally choose whatever you want from an extensive menu. There didn’t seem to be a limit other than your appetite. The hotel is well situated for all the major sites, an easy drive to the beach and surrounded by restaurants so you aren’t just limited to those in the hotel. Unfortunately we had to call the doctor out, but Iresha couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Abu Dhabi. "

"Had to ask the front desk to clean the room. Never when the sign was left on to clean was it done. But it’s fine. Everyone was friendly attentive and prompt when asked. Very professional atmosphere overall "
