「The sea view is super fantastic! Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Street noise is a little loud. Overall, Highly recommended hotel. I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. 」

「I wish I could give this place minus. Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being. The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. 「Room spotless, very courteous and helpful staff. Amazing view from windows (though they could do with a bit clean, provided of course it's safe to do so as the room is on the 15th floor). The hotel is bit hard to find as there's no sign on the front of the building although the hotel does try to contact the guest on the day of check-in to help locating the hotel. Good tv with some English channels. It would be nice to have a soap dish holder in the shower. Overall a nice experience, I recommend...
