「The apartment itself was spacious and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to request towels, as there were none. Requested 4 bath towels for 4 people, but was only given 2 bath towels. I noticed the fridge in both places we rented in Saudi were unplugged upon arrival. Laundry machine does not really dry your clothes (it is a one in all, but not good at drying). 「The hotel staff are very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and has all amenities. I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a pleasing experience.」

「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」

「I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time. The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow were great to sleep on.
