"The quality of the rooms did not match the beautiful lobby and breakfast area. But maybe they are slowly doing renovations and hopefully the rooms will get an upgrade soon. But overall, the hotel was great. The staff was very kind, breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient. "

We experienced an emergency during our trip and had to make a last‑minute change, and the support we received was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The hotel is about an 8‑minute drive from a nearby mall with plenty of cafés and restaurants. We used Uber to get there, and the ride cost only 4 USD. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of continental and local dishes, and the food quality was excellent. We are a family with two teenagers, and they found plenty to enjoy. A special thank‑you to the reception team — especially Osama and Mr. Moad Batayneh. We were exhausted after our emergency, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The staff truly went above and beyond. Our stay was comfortable and memorable, and we would definitely love to stay here again."

"Rooms are wonderful and spacious. Skyline Sushi on the 13th floor offers some of the best sushi in all of Amman. Hotel is conveniently close to Abdali Mall and the staff was friendly and hospitable. "

"At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman. "
