It was so easy to light the parts of the room, the television was already on and could be set to any channel for entertainment in different languages or news in English. It was extremely easy to order food and the food and drinks often came promptly and was delicious, consistent and large in portions.

I’m so glad to booked with Amman Rotana because from beginning to the end was friendly reception friendly staff when I checked in.He gave me a really nice room view in 42 floors then, when I check out, I request one hour extended and he was able to do that and more. Highly recommended nice area, all staff was great and helpful.

The property is very nice the location is amazing the rooms are clean and nice the reception is small take long time to check in they have nice lounge in the sixth floor but if you go the there be careful with the bill they add prices so you have to be careful they cheat I noticed some customers complain about that

Best view in town?

I had a corner suite on the 30th floor. The view of Amman is great, especially during sunset. Also a nice sunrise view. High quality level in this hotel. Breakfast was not included. In the local area I only tried the boardwalk and mall. WiFi connection was good. There was some noise in the late evening, which I believe was coming from the W hotel right next door. Pool area is not that impressive.

The hotel is nice/beautiful. It’s all shining and has great amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only gripe with it is how poorly maintained it is. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly, the rugs are not vacuumed properly, the furniture is not maintained or repaired nor cleaned. Its mostly manageable now but I would not come back in a few years as I think it would not be quite bad at this point given the poor maintenance. Also, i would not give it 5 stars because of this. They have a nice dining area but it’s quite expensive. Just outside the hotel, you have loads of options in the boulevard

I stayed for 2 nights and our reservation was a suite with access to the Business Lounge at the 42 floor, with a stunning view and excellent service. Then we went to the suite, and we were disappointed by the cleaniess and furniture quality. The view is amazing from the 41st floor. The carpet was stainned with coffee and the floor was sticky. We ordered food using the Room Service and the food taste was bad and did not meet what we ordered. I complained to the Managers Ibrahim and Ahmad Abu Asal, and they decided to upgrade us to Crown Suite which was exceptional.

The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. The mattress was a little firm. The view from the 33rd floor may have been great, but the windows were very dirty. We ate all our meals there and they were all good.
