「此住宿係一個Apartment 形式，面積夠大，有電梯。不過，沐浴的熱水很難控制，忽冷忽熱，而且水壓不好，水力很弱。試過有一晚突然停電，幸好，有人仍在office幫忙解決問題，否則整晚都不用睡，因為此住宿不是24小時有人的。特別多謝Irene的幫助。」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!」

「Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. 「Located centrally, this hotel is stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you are used to North American style car garages, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Breakfast was incredible as well. 」
