I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. "The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. "I had a fabulous stay at CK Suites Hotel and apartments. All the staff Tina, Priscilla, Janice, Charolette etc were super friendly, helpful and really nice. The property looks so much prettier in person. It was clean, quiet and still central to other places in Accra. The staff cleaned the rooms really well. I had a good time staying here and will recommend it to anyone. The staff treated me like family, anything I needed they were able to assist. I miss them, and will stay here whenever I’m in Ghana again."

"Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded. Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel. "
