「We had a bit of confusion with our reservation that we made through expedia but the hotel management helped us to make it right. After that the room they put us in had a plugged pipe in the sink, which was giving off a horrible odor. I reported it to the manager and they offered to move us - which we did NOT want. Then they had maintenance come the very next day (earliest possible) to correct the problem. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. The maintenance man called me personally...

「We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more.
