5/5 Excellent
"Recently opened when we visited so everything was shiny and new. Had a great stay apart from one thing which was the parking situation.
We had a car for our group and one of the reasons I had chosen this place was the advertised parking. When we arrived I was advised to drive around the corner from the front entrance to a ramp where the parking lot was. When I got to the gate the machine did not issue a ticket and the arm didn’t raise. There was only one button on the machine which was scarily red. I had been trying all day and since I had been driving on the the “other” side of the road all day I think my anxiety kicked in and I didn’t press the button which meant I had to reverse down the ramp which was painful. For reference, everything other machine with a gate we pulled up to either automatically dispensed a ticket or there was a green button to dispense. Anyway, after reversing down the ramp and finding a temporary spot to park I “spoke” with the desk agent using Google translate. After quite a bit of back and forth it was evident that clicking the red button was the action which would dispense a ticket. *sigh*"
