"We had a wonderful stay at the riad. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The terrace was peaceful with views over Meknes. We felt very welcome and looked after. The traditional evening meal we ate here was tasty and full of flavour. "

"This was a very clean and comfortable place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a little far from town center (it is located in the new part of the town) but it is easy and very cheap to take a taxi to the old town. Further, being away from the crowd gives you safer and quieter nights. I strongly recommend this place."

"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."
