The staff were welcoming. Our room was very comfortable with pleasant decor. The entire hotel is very well presented including the bottle shop and corporate vehicles. Have stayed there twice and would happily do so again.

The location for this hotel is great, right in the middle of downtown. The bed was so comfy. Downsides, we were in the back of the hotel but the music form the bar was SO loud. The rum bar was just okay, food was a mixed bag. Mjitos were AWESOME.

Have stayed here twice now. Lovely & clean hotel. Lovely friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location. Would recommend this hotel as an excellent choice to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Airlie Beach hotel. The staff was super friendly and booked the reef snorkeling tours for us and offered discounts as well. It's right in the middle of the most happening part of the town, with excellent dining options and across from the beach. I want to especially thank Ms.Sandy who accommodated our last min change in plans for an earlier checkout and she found a way to refund us the last day's charge even though it was very last minute. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Airlie Beach.

Whole night machine noise makes me unable to get sleep. Initially I thought it was from AC inside the room but after turned off the continued noise was still there. Until the next day I checked the location of the room, which is just above the cooling system unit. I have to say the price of the room is over 400 Au dollars for one night. The other thing is that during the night time the hotel at least the front desk is not staffed. It seems that accident of emergency nature never happened here. That said, the day time front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here - the staff were so helpful (shout out to Aquarius who was wonderful!) and the beds were insanely comfy. It was a really convenient place to base ourselves for the Whitsundays and we would stay here again.

Bed was the most comfortable I have slept on So good to have a coffee machine in the room and good quality appliances. Very lovely staff Easy to get everywhere It was good how you weren't able to hear the music from the pub in the room

The “upgrade” to a twin room from the King we paid for was actually a rip off and the room smelled like stale smoke. Would not recommend.

Great location. Room was serviced everyday and it was spacious. The food at the restaurant was quite pricey but you can find other options elsewhere. Overall it was a good stay, it was not luxury level but it was convenient.
