Great price off season & close to Aigues-Mortes

New complex with apartments & grounds all in pristine condition. Secure free parking close to apartments and good sized swimming pool with warm water for a change even though it was October. A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom wardrobe & hangers in other bedroom and broom cupboard were fixed. A lot of positives - very pleasant and friendly reception with loads of useful local info plus a selection of local produce, quick check-in, breakfast possible but not taken up - lovely quiet, relaxing and peaceful location - bakery just up the road east and opposite another Odalys site - The amazing Augues-Mortes old town is only a walk away with dozens of great places to eat plus a host of shops offering pretty much everything - beautiful almost empty beaches just a few miles to the south at Grande Motte and Le Grau-de-Roi - good free Wifi internet connection - climate control in lounge - good sized well furnished patio/decking area - good range of supermarkets just a short 2-3 min drive north (Lidl, Intermarché, Super-U). October weather and temperature of 21c-28c was perfect for us. Will definitely come back if possible and also look at other Odalys sites.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis viel zu hoch.

Der Apartment Komplex scheint erst 3-4 Jahre alt und auf den ersten Blick sehr schön zu sein. Es ist "billig" gebaut und hat viele Unzulänglichkeiten. In der Küche sind die nötigen Steckdosen für Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. nicht an der Küchenzeilenwand, sondern an der danebenliegenden Wand angebracht, was keinen Sinn macht. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter, obwohl die Gegend als extremes Mosquito Gebiet bekannt ist. Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Küchen-Wohnraum. Die Schlafzimmer waren ohne. Das Fenster konnte man aber wegen der fehlenden Fliegengitter und Mücken nicht öffnen. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool war nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, was auch keinen Sinn macht, wenn man gerne vor dem Frühstück und den Ausflügen. bzw. nach den Ausflügen nochmal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen möchte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich, aber nicht sonderlich hilfreich. Gemessen an dem hohen Preis kann man nur sagen: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis viel zu hoch - kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Den einzigen Vorteil den diese Ferienanlage hat, ist, dass sie fussläufig zu der wunderschönen Mittelalterstadt Aigus-Mortes ist.

Bel établissement récent très bien situé. Piscine agréable, et chambre / appartement spacieux. Gros bémol sur la climatisation absente à l’étage où il y a les chambres, inadmissible pour un établissement 4 étoiles… la nuit était un enfer de chaleur .. à conseiller mais pas en été
