「This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.」

「The breakfast was great, a very clean room, and the entire staff was fantastic. Tina was great when we arrived, she deserves a raise!」

「Maybe with the new name the property over time will be better. However, I stayed here with my family about 4-5 years ago and it was a different name then. The care of the overall facility has not changed much over time. The carpets in the rooms still need to be removed and replaced with new carpet or vinyl hardwoods. The beds weren’t bad and the new shower heads were the best part of my stay. The breakfast could also use an upgrade.」

「Upon checking into our room it was evident that it was not properly cleaned, however the manager was extremely polite and provided another room. Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional.」

「I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!」

「Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!」

「The hotel itself and the room were very clean. However, the indoor pool was not usable unfortunately, as it was freezing cold. The indoor pool was one of the reasons we booked the stay at this particular hotel, so it was a little disappointing.」
