"Honestly everything was amazing the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the bed was uncomfortable. I have met the most friendly staff in Japan in this hotel! Free parking was also a very good bonus! "

"Bed was a little hard, however everything else was great. Very close to Ghibli Park and Toyota Auto museum. Had English speaking staff. Had tower parking with car size restrictions, but offered us a parking space directly outside the hotel for ¥1000 per night."
