Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and a variety of hot choices. Room was bright and colourful and well appointed. The outstanding part of our stay was the reception staff. Jimmy, Celena and Linh were outstanding. Happy to change our room after one night to give us a quieter room. Helpful with directions and always a lovely smile. It was our first visit to Vietnam and made a strong impression. We recommend the hotel highly. The location is also great near the smaller lake and a variety of shops and restaurants. Being a smaller boutique hotel was also a good choice.

Fantastic staff and good breakfast. The location is perfect. Is it spotless? No. But if you want a "white glove" level of clean, go somewhere else and pay 5x the price. For a solid, well-located stay that won't break the bank, this is it.

The hotel was beautiful and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in a room with an amazing view of the city. The staff were attentive, friendly and gave us a lovely Lunar New Year gift when we were checking out. I only regret we could not stay there longer.

Room was clean and nice but you can definitely get better service for the same price elsewhere in Hanoi, service here was slightly below the average I experienced everywhere else I stayed in vietnam. Breakfast was ok but the hot buffet was very limited compared to other places I stayed for similar price (like less than half the variety). Soundproofing didn't seem good I could hear my neighbours talking. Staff were nice and helpful but some aspects of service were slightly lower eg at check in every other hotel I stayed in Vietnam (including a much cheaper 3 star hotel) rushed to help with luggage up the steps and escorted you to the room but here they didn't. I didn't like the fact that the drinking water they provided in the room was filtered water in refillable bottles rather than actual bottled water, maybe for environmental purposes but it wasn't convenient.
