Our cottage was beautifully designed, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. We loved waking up to birdsong and ending each day with a stroll along the quiet beach. The food was a highlight — fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor, prepared with such care by the chef. The Ayurvedic treatments were exceptional. The resident doctor was attentive and insightful, and the therapists clearly knew their craft. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I’ve been in a long time.
