The property is situated close to downtown and the rooms are ample in size.
The owner of the property (Maria) was especially receptive to the smallest details to improve the property and was super nice.
The whole staff was very helpful.

This is a new and nice place to stay. Transportation is easy since distances in Ags are close enough. The rooms and services are very good and the food was also good. I requested a change of room and the staff was very friendly and efficient to implement

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes. We’ll absolutely be back!
