「Room was clean and staff were friendly. The big disappointment was that when we checked in, the front desk staff member told us the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Our room was also located on the 4th floor! We had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs on which someone had spilled coffee. Stairs weren’t very clean or well maintained. Obviously many guests staying on the 4th floor hadn’t used the stairs previously. No discount or anything was offered...
「This was an average hotel. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. My husband could hardly get the shower spigot to come on because it was stuck. There was no freezer in the fridge, which we needed. We set the thermostat for 68 overnight to keep it cool, and it cranked up to 76 on its own. I finally just shut it off. The breakfast was average.
The location was quiet.」
