Stay was Ok
But as per website break fast was free but hotel people was unaware about this.
Washrooms was not much cleaned.
Breakfast quality was not good , I think it's below average.
Definitely in my top 5 - worst hotels ever. Dirty, old, staff unable to even check in. No blankets, no toilet paper, no warm water. had to ask multiple times to get the booked extra bed. Check in was a mess and it never got better. Thank god it was just one night
It's a nice hotel but they can improve the general cleanliness. The bed sheets, pillow cover should be clean. I was only staying for one night so it's manageable. But for longer stays it is not recommended.
It's still value for money but keeping the room clean will add value to the hotel and improve customer satisfaction.
