Great Value for a Short Stay

The hotel is not in the most attractive location in terms of proximity to tourist attractions, but getting anywhere is easy with a taxi or rickshaw, usually within 20 minutes. The price is very good, making it a great budget-friendly option. I didn’t try the breakfast, but the shower was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. For a one-two nights stay, I think this hotel is a great choice!

Lobby was nice and clean. Rooms were good, bathroom was bad, no exhaust so all moisture just built up. There was mold all around the shower. Shower head was loose so couldn’t even adjust it. Sofa was dirty/moldy. Check in was hard they lost our reservation and claimed they never got the payment. Even though i had confirmation from hotel and payment. I had to message Expedia to have them call and sort it out. Not what I want to deal with after a long drive and seeing taj. After all that we walk into the room and you have to pay an insane price for water bottles (130 rupees for a 20 rupee bottle). While every other hotel i’ve stayed at provides free water bottles.

Property is dated.. Bathroom door was broken. No bathroom shower curtains. But the only best part was their breakfast buffet and the masala tea. Staff is super friendly. But the room was not worth the price.

Front Office, esp. Sonal & Restaurant, esp Katendra and Sumi, all three outstandingly welcoming and capable. An excellent mark of a hotel is to assist their guests who have special and sudden requirements. I became sick for about 36 hours and how Sonal immediately ensured I receive the proper medical attention was reassuring. Not to my earlier shopping requests for assistance! My second visit to this Holiday Inn IHG and won’t be my last. Thank you, Ignacio Duenas

The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional. The room had zero storage space for clothes except for a small closet to hand 3 or 4 items. No drawers at all, and very little space for luggage. The bathroom was modern, clean and had ample room for everything. I would definitely stay here again.
