「High quality, good food, great staff」

「I had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice too and got a bit lively at night. It's located very close to Patnem beach which has just the right amount of liveliness, lounges and restaurants-to-relaxed vibe ratio. The hotel itself is not really a "resort" as of yet. 「We chose carefully before ending up with this resort. It's perfect. Not too big, not too small. Direct access to beach - not private beach, but almost. Not crowded and dirty like many places in north Goa (even Benaulim actually). Direct access to small market and shops outside the resort area as well. Couldn't have been better.」

「Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...
