Zustand der Anlage tendenziell heruntergekommen. Es gibt eine Wohnung, welche ordentlich ist, allerdings auch hier Mängel wie sehr laute AC nur ein Venti von drei funktioniert. Aber sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist ein sehr großes sauberes Badezimmer und auch Rest der Wohnung sauber und ordentlich
