"Great hotel right in front of the harbour where the ferries to/from Palau come and go every 20 mins or so. Staff was kind and helpful and our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Somewhat unlucky that a rare occurrence for Sardinia (intense rain in April) caused the breakfast room to be affected by water leaking from the top and a breakfast experience less pleasant than it could have been. Would suggest the hotel to accelerate remedial works asap so that it doesn't happen again."

"Lovely site, very nice pool. We were unlucky with position of our apartment, it had no South exposure so dark and cool (might be a benefit in height of summer!), and patio permanently in shade. By the time we realised it was too late to move without cleaning charge. Be aware that in low season the local (walking distance) restaurants in the town are not open, so have to do short drive to nearest ones which are out of town. Would certainly stay here again. "

"Amazing hotel service was great "

"The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. The area is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!"

"A beautiful resort. Stunning room. Beautiful pebble beach. We only went to the buffet for dinner - not as many options as I would have expected for the price but that might have been because it isn't peak season."

"Beautiful part of Sardinia; the public beaches around are gorgeous and pristine; the staff at Aethos are really excellent; the restaurant is good. Sophisticated, great for couples and yet also child friendly without being overrun by children. "

"Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. The food was fine, but was only limited to one restaurant as the other ones needed to be booked ahead of time and the other two were closed for private events. There’s a hole in the fence and you can go to another restaurant at a different resort if you’re looking for different food options. I’m guessing this resort just needs more cleaning staff "

"We had originally booked a room with pool views, but upon arrival we were delighted with a free upgrade to a beautiful apartment since it was available. Such a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special! We truly enjoyed every moment of our time at the hotel. The staff were always kind and attentive, helping us with information about tours and local restaurants, which made our experience even better. Breakfast was exceptional, with delicious homemade cakes and a great variety of tasty options each morning. The location is perfect, and the views from the terrace are simply breathtaking. On top of that, the hotel offers free parking, which is a great plus. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place!"
