「The location was good but hotel staff not trained and unprofessional. Reserved beach view and got parking view and after back and forth and loosing a couple of night. They switched our room but gave us a room without shower door and every time you use the shower, room gets flooded. They have 6 restaurants but tried to reserve any of the restaurants. 「It's a great hotel for families, offering excellent facilities and amenities, good food, comfortable rooms, and easy access to several beautiful beaches. The only downside was that complimentary drinking water wasn't provided. Having to purchase bottled water separately was disappointing and felt out of place for an all-inclusive hotel.
