Top Agatsuma Hotel Reviews

La Vista Kusatsu Hills

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the private open air onsen in our suite. Loved the free snacks during afternoon tea and the late night ramen snack perfect after walking in the village"

Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa

8/10 Good

"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot spring was great. The hotel bus driver and restaurant staff were very friendly."
