"The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more. I had an issue with cleanliness, pet hair in blankets, found underwear in extendable sofa bed which clearly states that property wasn’t cleaned properly. No staff at the property and when tried to contact for issues, no response. I personally think if paying a price, one deserves a quality. We absolutely loved the property but it needs looking after."

"I stayed in room 210, main hotel and could not sleep at all due to some unpleasant noise from somewhere stepping floors all night. seemed from upstairs or next doors, squeaking noise from wooden floors even at 3 in the morning. It was a very unpleasant stay. Avoid main building or upgrade if you can."

"The location is only 5 min walk from fhe water. The mountain view is gorgeous from our window. They made sure we had air conditioning and the beds are super comfy. Also enjoyed the complimentary hotspring pool passes."

"The property around the lodge was neat, tidy and clean. The green swimming pool with frogs was a bit of a turn off and what is most disappointing was the fact that from my understanding breakfast was included when making the booking, but there was no sign of breakfast to be had."
