「Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auf unsere Zimmer geführt. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Die Empfehlung für ein in fünf Gehminuten erreichbares Restaurant haben wir gerne angenommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Raum war phenomenal - frisches Obst, Eier nach Wunsch zubereitet, Wurst und Käse, verschiedenste Kuchen und Backwaren, Müsli usw. Wir werden hier gerne wieder Station machen. Vielen Dank!」

「The owner was very helpful, I asked for a kettle and there was one waiting when we got there. She checked everything was ok , after we had done self checkin and check out. The location is a further out than we expected, we knew it wasn’t near the lake, but there was nothing near by , you definitely need a car … Fridge in room , and a microwave in the hall for everyone to use . It’s above a pizza restaurant , so you can eat there some nights ( wasn’t open Tuesday) but it was over the weekend....

「We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

「It was pretty nice close to all the important sites. The only thing I would say for improvement would be. There is one balcony if another guest is sitting there, you cannot use the balcony. I would strongly recommend to utilize both balconies for guests, which means to put chairs and table on inside the other balcony also」
