"Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. "A bit older, mostly because no AC but it is being installed apparently. Room was older but clean. The view from the balcony was stunning. Great location for visiting places as Interlaken, Thun and others are all less than 30 minutes away. We never used the restaurant but it was always busy. I would highly recommend a stay here."
