"Front desk guy was rude and not accommodating. Room had a smell. "

"入住的階梯太多、太高，提行李不方便，冷氣不太冷、浴室都會漏水、房間格局不理想、電梯太小。"

"So so. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. Won’t recommend."

"Smoking is allowed all over the hotel. There are signs ”no smoking” but you can find ashtrays everywhere and unpleasant smell."

"I chose the hotel because it is located nearby and the reception is open around the clock. I arrived at night and the staff was not willing to look for a reservation but demanded money. I had to explain myself several times. Finally, I said that we'll figure it out in the morning. Very inappropriate behavior from the staff towards customers. this otherwise vague accommodation is also untidy and noisy"
