「Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location, a stunning view over western Sicily and pleasant facilities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star property. We were told at reception that the tap water was not drinkable, but there was no clear warning in the bathroom or near the tap. When we asked for free drinking water, we were told the only options were paid bottles from the minibar or...

Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. Unica critica costruttiva in una suite ci si aspetta solo un pochino di attenzione in più per i dettagli,」

「Le Arcate is a very welcoming entity just off the beaten tracks. It provides space, attention when needed, a very nice outside yard including a large swimming pool. The service is excellent, the food delicious. The location ensures a quiet, peaceful experience.」

「What an amazing property! The views and grounds were spectacular. We had a lovely room. Staff were extremely helpful, carrying luggage and arranging a taxi to our next stop. We had a delicious sandwich for lunch. The wine paired seafood dinner was exceptional! It checked all the boxes of a fine resort and their wines are outstanding.」

「The Hotel is a little out of town but the walk along the sea front is fine to get to restaurants. The reception staff and all others were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless as were the majority of indoor areas. The pool could do with a bit of an update . It was clean though . The loungers weee not very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, wide range and well presented . The only thing to mark it down is the presence of the owner sitting all day long sprawled in the foyer area....
